The quickest and easiest way to find answers to general queries is on this website.

Call the support team

Call us on 020 7811 6400 if you are an MP or an MP's staff member.

From 4 March 2024, our phone lines are open from 0900 to 1700 Monday to Thursday and 0900 to 1530 on Fridays.

The new hours will be tested over the next three months, after which we may make further changes.

Your call will be answered by a member of the team, but not necessarily your Account Manager or Payroll Officer. They will try to resolve your issue or will forward it to a member of the team.

For security reasons, we will ask for your name and resource ID (this is the 6-digit number which can be found in the top right-hand corner of your IPSA Online account) at the start of every call. Having your ID and any relevant claim/form numbers on hand will ensure a more seamless experience.

Some queries are resolved more easily by showing instead of telling.

In such circumstances, an account manager can set up a screen-sharing session while on the phone with you. This will allow them to remotely access your screen in real time.

If you have a query about your tax code, please get in touch with HMRC directly at:

HMRC can advise on why the code has been allocated and whether it is correct.
