Online
When using the calendar online it helps to bookmark the file. To do this:
right-click on the link
in Chrome, choose "Copy link address"
in Edge, choose "Copy link"
open a new tab in your browser, paste the address, and hit "Enter"
If you use Chrome or Edge, you can save the document as a favourite by selecting the star in the window's top-right.
You can now access the file in your browser whenever you need it.
The timetable and key dates calendar can be printed to whatever scale you choose. to do this, download the file and open it in Adobe Acrobat.
In the File menu, select "Print", then choose your preferred file settings in the "Page setup" menu.
While the software should recognise the file settings and print in landscape mode automatically, checking these before sending the file to print is worthwhile.
Updates
The timetable and key dates calendar is available to download as a file for the full financial year and each month.
Occasionally, the events included in the timetable and key dates calendar may change. When this happens, we will update the specific month and make it available for you to replace.
We will let you know if these changes in our Bulletin, or via a notice on this site.
