You can now watch our webinars in bitesize video clips.

We understand that sometimes you need to perform a task in IPSA Online but are unsure how.

To support your understanding we have recorded all our webinars and are hosting them on dedicated pages of our website.  

You can watch the full-length version or go directly to the bitesize clips covering multiple topics and processes. 

You can access all the dedicated pages on the Training and development page.

To find the webinars scroll down to the “Watch the video” section and choose from one of the following: 

  • Introduction to IPSA Online 

  • Managing your business costs – claims and budgeting 

  • Managing your property – the IPSA property lifecycle 

  • Monies owed 

  • Payment Card Policy 

  • Publication  

  • Year-end 

By selecting the relevant webinar, you will find instructions that you need in video format. 

For example, if you want to mark a Payment Card line as “Not claimed, to be repaid” but are unsure how, navigate to the Payment Card webinar and watch the relevant clip. 

Among many other topics, you can also use the webinars to show a new staff member how to make a claim, better understand the dashboard, and renew an office lease using the Property Amendment Form. 

The videos complement our Using IPSA Online step-by-step guides and form part of your training and development.
