How to resolve issues accessing your IPSA Online Account

If you are experiencing issues accessing your IPSA Online account, follow the guidance below to help resolve some common problems.

Users who aren’t using parliament.uk addresses may have to complete additional setup screens for two-factor authentication.
You can read more about two-factor authentication in Step 4 of Activating your IPSA Online Account.
Some users may see this error the first time they log in.
To resolve this issue, open the drop-down menu and select “Unit4 Identity Services” without entering any details.
You will then be logged in.
