Clearing your internal IPSA Online cache

When you log in to IPSA Online for the first time after the upgrade you must clear your IPSA Online cache to prevent system errors.

The cache is where your internal settings for IPSA Online are saved.

Clear your IPSA Online cache in two steps

Step 1

Log in to IPSA Online.

In the top-right of your IPSA Online window, select your Payroll number.

Select About Unit4 ERP from the drop-down.

In the pop-up window that appears, select the Clear the cache option.
